Maintain your weight: Everyone begins with this goal. This is where you teach yourself how to get your diet and activity in balance to avoid gaining body fat in the first place, something diets never teach you! Your daily Energy Output (your RMR + your activities) should equal your daily Calorie Intake.
Lose body fat at the rate of 1-2 pounds a week: You will perform low-intensity aerobic activity such as walking, and you will keep your daily Calorie Intake at 500-1000 fewer calories than your daily Energy Output. If you try to crash diet at a faster rate than this, or you exercise too hard while dieting, you will see your LBM level drop and your percentage body fat rise!
Gain & tone muscle: You will perform anaerobic activity such as weight lifting or freehand exercises described in The Body Fat Guide, and you will keep your daily Calorie Intake at 300-500 calories more than your daily Energy Output. To tone without gaining bulk, just follow a maintenance calorie intake. Check your LBM and body fat levels and adjust your calorie intake to make sure you're getting the proper results.

Body Magic
Body magic is a new program especially conducted for the reshaping and physical enhancement of today's active men and women who don't have the time nor the money to reach the physical shape and conditioning that will keep them in a healthy state of mind as well as a positive self image. This is a group training with help for those of you just find it so hard to stick to the type of foods that will keep you from buying a larger dress or jacket size every six months. This is a program about a new way of life and all the things you need to know about food and exercise to maintain the figure you have fought so hard to obtain. The course is 12 weeks long, three times per week and 2 hours per class. The diet plan is tailored to you and only you. There are no special foods that you will have to buy (for those who would to get more out of the program there are some supplements that will help speed up the process) and if you would rather train one on one we offer that as well. The cost is $6,120 per group (max 4). The one on one classes are $3,960.

Home Training
Biz-Z-Bodies will provide you with a certified personal trainer in the security of your own home at your request. You tell the trainer your goals and he or she will develop a personal program that is specifically written to help you reach the goals in which you have requested. (Prices Vary)
Personal Training in Public Gym
If you are presently a member of a fitness facility and would prefer to train there or if you would like us to arrange a fitness facility for you to train under one of our certified trainers, this is also possible. (Prices Vary)

Biz-Z-Bodies uses the body craft training method written by Dr. Hatfield for safety and maximum results. Each individual is screened for all the critical information necessary to write the program that will give you the best results possible in the shortest safest span of time. ($75-$125)

Biz-Z-Bodies has one of the best nutrition programs on the market to date. This program is designed specifically for each individual. If this is not working for you in a timely manner our certified nutritionist can help you with the best supplements to speed you on your way to reach that goal. ($100)
